EOTAS Foundation offers great accommodation for any lenght of time in Dodoma for professionals, students, researchers and tourists.
This complex was build in 2007 by EOTAS Foundation from the Netherlands under supervision of Robin Donkersgoed and nicknamed "Camp Holland" by the first Dutch residents. Soon after it became a home away from home for people from many different nationalities.
Camp Holland offers fully furnished 2 bedroom apartments and 2 fully self-contained rooms with kitchenette in a secure location. It is the ideal accommodation for anyone who needs a long, medium or short stay. Camp Holland is located less than 2kms from Dodoma town centre and surrounded by greenery on all sides, where one needs not worry about the sometimes scorching heat of Tanzania.
Dodoma centre offers a bunch of nice places to have dinner or something to drink for everyone’s wishes. Visit the local markets and shops, take a ride with the daladala or go for a nice swim at the several swimming pools.
The gardens offer a variety of flowers and plants. Sitting in the yard sipping a cup of tea/coffee and listening to the birds singing overhead in the overhanging branches. This all on a relaxed weekend morning or evening, one can't help but fall in love with the place.
An unique feature of staying at Camp Holland in Dodoma is that all rental income from the apartments goes straight to the Dodoma Deaf School. You are assured that while you are enjoying a great time in Dodoma, that at the same time you are enabling deaf children in the area to receive a good education. What better reason is there to stay at Camp Holland?
